Timpson House, Retailer Head Office, Manchester
Project Details
Timpson’s Head Office in Manchester was rapidly growing in staff numbers due to several new business acquisitions. Timpson’s decided to develop an existing warehouse which was previously used for storage into new ‘state of the art’ offices. There were several major factors within the development, the main items being, a re-design of the building to meet all current building regulations, a new stainless steel and glass balustrade, a new mezzanine floor, a fireman’s pole (access to the ground floor for the courageous!), glazed partitioned offices, a new mechanical and electrical package and a new mezzanine bridge back to the existing offices.

Integrated Dental Holdings, Leiston, Suffolk
Project Details
Integrated Dental Holdings acquired a two unit shell from a developer in Leiston. This was converted to one unit by forming a structural opening in the concrete floor and installing a purpose made staircase within the building. The works included a full new mechanical and electrical package along with a complete fit-out.
